I can not recommend Melanie enough. Following nutrition issues, she took the time to really understand not only my eating/drinking habits, but also other factors such as exercises, work, sleep and my life in general to really get to the root of the issue.  She requested I kept a food diary for her which was really useful and I then made small changes from Melanie’s advice which did wonders and I’m rarely bloated and at the same time lost some weight and feel so much better. I’d been having problems with my skin for ages. I think it had maybe been 4 or 5 months since I’d gone more than a day or two without fresh spots popping up. I’d been at my wits end trying to figure it out but Mel knew straight away that it must be my diet. She explained the changes I could make, and low and behold, after a month of sticking to the new rules, my skin was back to behaving itself again. I do still get break outs every now and again, but I know exactly what I need to reign in to get things back under control.
